Serena kisses her new beau on Gossip Girl

All I can say about this picture is Yum! Yum! Yum!
Don’t get me wrong I love Dan (Penn Badgley), but right now Serena (Blake Lively) deserves to be with someone else — and maybe it will eventually get Dan and Serena back on track.
This new guy is Gabriel Serrano, a European socialite played by Armie Hammer.
Turns out he will be a total slime in the long run, but while it lasts, let’s enjoy the ride. I look forward to watching Serena fall in love. Especially while Dan is infatuated with Miss Carr (Lauren Breckenridge).
By the way, what the heck is up with this new Gossip Girl promotional poster? Anyone know what this is referring to?

New Love Interest for Serena?

If the gossip is to be believed, Serena will be getting a new love interest this season - for how long hasn’t yet been revealed.
The new man in her life will be played by John Patrick Amedori. John is a 20 year old actor from Baltimore, MD. He has previously appeared in a number of hit TV shows, including “CSI: NY”, “Numb3rs”, “Nip/Tuck” and Jennifer Love Hewitt’s “The Ghost Whisperer.”
John’s character is Aaron Rose. In the Gossip Girl books, Aaron was Blair’s stepbrother; he dated both Serena and Vanessa. What is it about those two?

7, Dan and Serena break up. At least, that’s what the spoilers are saying. And yes, yes, yes, I know that there are a bunch of you who hate me for saying it but it’s true. It needed to happen. The two of them started out with such great chemistry but towards the end were just oh-so-boring. Make a break-up will do them some good.

24 Hours of Gossip Girl Moments: #3

Serena confesses that she killed someone.
This would totally have been higher up on the list - at #1 - if only it were true.
When Serena ended the “All About My Brother” episode with the words, “I killed someone,” Gossip Girl fans went wild. Who was it? What were the circumstances? Would she go to jail?
It was truly scandalous.
Only it didn’t really happen.
The explanation (that she walked away from an addict who overdosed) was quite a let down - the writers took the easy way out on this one for sure. None of us really thought that Serena actually killed someone - but a more exciting storyline after such an earth-shattering confession would have landed this moment in the top spot, absolutely!

Georgina drugs Serena.
Who even does this anymore? But it was a great moment. When Serena wouldn’t play nice like old times with Georgina, Georgina takes matters into her own hands. She spikes Serena’s drink, causing Serena to miss the SATs. Tongues wag.
The drama that ensued: priceless.

Blair thinks she’s pregnant.
Serena buys a pregnancy test for Blair since Blair is in serious denial about the idea that she could be pregnant.
Drama ensues.
Since Serena bought the test - and the image of her doing it makes the rounds on Gossip Girl - Dan finds out and believes that Serena is pregnant.
Blair confesses to Serena that she had a fling with Chuck - but fails to tell her about Nate.
The bickering that follows leads to one of the best moments of the season… stay tuned!

Happy Father’s Day, William van der Woodsen
Next up in our Gossip Girl Father’s Day series, William van der Woodsen, Serena’s father.
We have no pictures of William van der Woodsen - he hasn’t yet made an appearance on the TV show. That should give you the first clue about the old Serena’s behavior…
Serena’s father is the CEO of a multi-generational family shipping firm. He is one of four husbands that Serena’s mother has married (should again tell you something about Serena’s behavior) and left Lily when Serena was four.
I’m guessing that William doesn’t get many Father’s Day cards…
