Wait, Who Said That? More Gossip Girl Quotes.

I guess the last one was too easy (kudos to Bubu and Nicole for answering correctly).  How about:
“The money, the drugs, the privileges. They’re just keeping us numb, so we don’t know it’s better out there in the real world.”
