People‘ has named the entire cast of Gossip Girl to the Most Beautiful list.
And they’re not just pretty faces. Penn Badgley assured People that, “we are all fun and charming as hell.” I believe him.

And the Rumer (Willis) Is…
According to People.com, one of 2008’s Most Beautiful People is Rumer Willis, daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore.
The 19 year old actress claims that she’s just an ordinary gal, despite her famous parents. When she is looking for a little down time, she enjoys hanging out at the spa (!) with her best friend, Gossip Girl’s own Jessica Szohr (Vanessa).
