Well, actually, she looks like she is wearing a neutral pair of knee highs under her boots. Taylor is wearing a tight-fitting small black dress under a long black leather jacket.
Her mom Collette Momsen was seen on set wearing a unique black outfit.

Penn Badgley was spotted on the Gossip Girl set Wednesday in New York, New York along with his co-stars including Taylor Momsen, Leighton Meester and Jessica Szhor.

Maybe he’s having a good hair day, but whatever it is, he looking hot! He always looks good anyway, but he seems to be even more handsome in these pictures.
Of course, Penn looked nice and buff in the movie The Stepfather, so maybe he is working out more.

Taylor Momsen and her mother Collette Momsen were spotted walking together Wednesday to the set of Gossip Girl, which was filming in Astoria, Queens, New York City.

Taylor was wearing a light brown dress with black lace leggings and a black coat while her mother was wearing a grey sweatpants, white tee, leopard-print long-sleeved top and black hooded coat with a pair of black high heel boots.
They look more like sisters to me – and in this instance, Taylor’s clothing makes her look older than her mom!

Gossip Girl star and rocker Taylor Momsen hosted the Victoria’s Secret launch of its new fragrance Love Rocks Thursday at a Victoria’s Secret store in New York City.

The new fragrance with its red box and rocker looks is supposed to be equal parts of “hopeless romantic and untamed rebel.”
Taylor Momsen fits well to host this event with her romantic-looking white slip dress rocked up with Taylor’s extra-heavy eye makeup. While Taylor may play an Queen Bee wanna be on Gossip Girl, in her free time she enjoys performing in her rock band The Pretty Reckless.

Gossip Girl Taylor Momsen’s band has a new single “Make Me Wanna Die” that I really like. The neat thing is I discovered her song because her Gossip Girl co-star Leighton Meester tweeted a link to a YouTube video featuring the song.
Taylor’s band is The Pretty Reckless (though I think she is trying to change the name to The Reckless)
