William “Billy” Baldwin was spotted on the Gossip Girl set Tuesday in New York, New York.

Not far behind him was Gossip Girl star Blake Lively, who plays Serena van der Woodsen. Baldwin will be playing Serena’s father.
Baldwin looks a little chilled, I bet he’s not used to having to withstand the cold like the Gossip Girl stars are used to while on set!

 On Monday, Gossip Girl stars Taylor Momsen (Jenny), Blake Lively (Serena) and Kelly Rutherford (Lily) were among the cast members spotted on the Gossip Girl set between shooting season 3 scenes.

Now that’s it’s February we are only one month away from new episodes of Gossip Girl! So maybe that will mean we will see previews in the near future.

Here’s a good fan video of Gossip Girl couples – Chuck and Blair, Serena and Nate, and Dan and Vanessa.
The clips of Chuck and Blair (Ed Westwick and Leighton Meester) are mostly from season one, while the Dan and Vanessa  (Penn Badgley and Jessica Szhor) clips are from this season (season three). The Serena and Nate (Blake Lively and  clips are a mix of season one and season three).

William “Billy” Baldwin, 36,  joked about his role on Gossip Girl while on the red carpet Saturday at the Screen Actors Guild awards show as he talked to Access Hollywood and his older brother Alec Baldwin.
“So you’re gonna go play Blake Lively’s dad on ‘Gossip Girl?’” Alec Baldwin asked his brother.
“Three years ago I would have been playing the older man in her life and now, all of a sudden, I’m playing her dad,” the younger Baldwin said.
“It seems like yesterday you’d be kissing Blake Lively. Now you’re trying to prevent other men from kissing Blake Lively,” Alec said.

The cast of Gossip Girl, as well as the girl who plays our favorite recurring character Georgina (Michelle Trachtenberg) showed their support to Gossip Girl costume designer Eric Daman on Jan. 12 at the “You Know You Want It” party at Henri Bendel in New York City.

The party was in celebration of Daman’s new book “You Know You Want It,” which teaches you how to have Gossip Girl style no matter what budget you are on.
Among those in attendance for his party were Gossip Girl stars Blake Lively, Jessica Szhor, Ed Westwick and Leighton Meester (as well as Trachtenberg).

Blake Lively, who plays Serena van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl, will play opposite of Ryan Reynolds as the female lead role in Green Lantern, according to Variety.
Production on the Warner Bros. movie based on the DC Comics hero is expected to start in March, with a release date set for June 17, 2011, according to Variety.
Lively will play the role as Carol Ferris, while Reynolds will play Hal Jordan.
Jordan is a test pilot charged with defending a sector of the universe with a mystic green ring. Carol, his love interest, is a pilot and administrator.

Gossip Girl returns (can’t wait!) on March 8. I hope when Gossip Girl returns, we get to see Nate and Serena’s romance heat up. And I especially hope we get to see Serena show appreciation for how devoted Nate has been to her.

Lively filmed some scenes on Jan. 7 with co-star Chace Crawford, who plays Nate Archibald.

Well, Gossip Girl didn’t win the award for Favorite TV Obsession at the People’s Choice Awards on Wednesday night, but that’s okay.
Gossip Girl is still my favorite obsessions. Winning the Favorite TV Obsession award was the HBO cult-favorite True Blood, which I admit, rocks.
Blake Lively was up for Favorite TV Drama Actress, but Grey’s Anatomy star Katherine Heigl won instead.
Leighton Meester, who plays Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl, was up for a music collaboration award with Cobra Starship for “Good Girls Go Bad,” but instead the song “Run This Town” featuring Jay-Z, Rihanna and Kanye West won the award. …read more
