Serena catches a cab on Gossip Girl set

Serena van der Woodsen, played by Blake Lively, catches a cab on the Gossip Girl set on Nov. 18 in New York.
Blake was filming scenes with Gossip Girl co-stars Ed Westwick, Chace Crawford, Leighton Meester before heading out to hail a cab (from what I can tell from the photos).
In this paparazzi video taken on the same day, Chuck walks off first, which seems to upset Serena. Nate tries to comfort her, but she walks away. I wonder what happened. Any thoughts?
