VIDEO: Gossip Girl filming scenes for Season 3

Here’s a pretty cool video showing a close-up view of the Gossip Girl cast filming scenes for season 3 in Manhattan.
We can see Dan (Penn Badgley), Jenny (Taylor Momsen), Rufus (Matthew Settle) and Serena (Blake Lively) in the scenes.
Serena arrives in a car and Rufus helps her out of it, and then later we see Serena dressed up in a pretty strappy light blue dress. The guy you see her talking to later is Carter (Sebastian Stan). Carter was going to help Serena help find her father. I wonder what he will be up to in season 3.
What’s up with her dress? She seems to be having technical difficulties with it?

Maybe she is having problems with her dress because of it’s length, it is very long and I should know, because I’ve had difficult times with my long dresses, I tripped over it plenty of times, lol. It’s funny just reminiscing of all the times I had a hard time with my dresses. =)
