Bart Bass has a younger brother and he’s headed to Gossip Girl

Looks like Bart Bass (Robert John Burke) has a younger brother and he’s heading to Gossip Girl.
Desmond Harrington (Quinn, Dexter) has been selected to play a 30-something Jack for a multi-episode character arc, according to Entertainment Weekly.
While he won’t come into the picture until early 2009, it will be interesting to see what role Jack will play on the show. Does Chuck even know he exists? Will there be a love interest? Inquiring minds want to know.
