A Gossip Girl Wedding
Also revealed at PaleyFest… during the current Gossip Girl season, there will be a build up to a wedding. Whose wedding is it? You’re tempted to say Lily (Serena’s mom) and Bart (Chuck’s dad)… after all, there was a proposal. The producers hint “not so fast.”
The folks at PaleyFest also let us know that Serena’s dad will be back in town. I wonder why.
So, who’s getting hitched? And why is Serena’s dad back in town?

I am guessing that it is Bart and Lilly, but I think someone will stop the wedding or Lilly won’t be able to go through with it either because of Rufus or Serena’s dad. ( it would be nice if we had a name, but i guess we are lucky to get this much)

well in the books, if i remember correctly, blair actually got engaged or married ( i cant remember) to an english man. so who knows it could be her!

I know I that it is going to be an adult. Maybe Elenor (that is what happens in the books) or maybe rufus and that art girl.

I can’t remember the details but I think that’s a good guess, too. In the books, I think that Blair went to visit an English guy who she was pretty sure she’d marry (some kind of connection there) and then when he didn’t propose, she bought a really expensive wedding dress for kicks. That started tongues wagging. Or something like that.

yea i dont think that any of the younger cast would get married, they are tooooooo young. i think that there should be a poll on the wedding, who is gonna get married. here is a wild out there guess, serena and nate. who knows maybe dan and her will spilt

it would certainly be a great twist if she did get engaged to somebody other than nate!

I wouldn’t be suprised if it was Elenor and Jack (the guy from Roman Holiday) were the ones to get hitched and my guess is at the wedding we’ll see nate and jenny hook up, but it wont last cause blair and nate are meant to be.
