By far, I get asked about Blair Waldorf’s wardrobe more than anything other character - even more than Serena!
This outfit is particularly cute, I love the preppy look and Blair really works it (it could have looked very dated). I think it sums Blair up: fashion forward yet traditional, able to mix it up but not too eclectic. And of course, she has on pearls.
