Gossip Girl Fan Fiction: Blair and Chuck
Missing your Gossip Girl? It has, after all, been a week! No fear, a new episode is on the way - the episode - hailed by the network as “unprecedented.”
But in the meantime, maybe you could tide yourself over with a little fan fiction. Author jrwilson agreed to let me reprint some work on my site. It’s addictive! Here’s an excerpt from Chapter 6:
Blair moved around Chuck’s room, feeling nervous. Chuck was lying on his bed drumming his stomach with his fingers, watching her. “So is true, do you keep track?”
“Keep track of what?”
“Your conquests. Do you make notches in your bed post?”
“Something like that.”
“Seriously, tell me.”
“I keep a book.”
“Can I see it? I am after all the latest entry.”
“Be my guest,” Chuck dug under his mattress and threw a small leather-bound journal to Blair.
She dropped into a plush chair and opened up the book. “You’ve been busy.” Blair murmured. There were women’s names, dates and locations listed, there were hundreds of them. There were seven entries after their tryst. But her name wasn’t there. “It’s only been a week, Chuck. I guess you weren’t just thinking about me.”
Chuck shrugged.
“Why don’t you have my name in here? Don’t I count?”
“You count. It’s just different.”
