  She must have winned as the most evil, but a stylish evil, with gorgeous wardrobe, jewellery and makeup! I wish I could be evil like this! =P

  I actually think of her as more misguided than evil. I think when you’re truly evil, you don’t care what happens to other people - and Blair does. She’s just a bit selfish and needy. C’mon, who isn’t?
