InStyle magazine reports that the dress that Blair wears to her birthday party on Wednesday’s episode is available from edressme.com; it is a lace and charmeuse tiered dress by Faviana and retails for $238. The tights (which I looooooove) are Wolford Herringbone tights and retail for $52. The shoes are by NineWest, the Heath model, and are on sale (!) right now for $49.99.
I love Blair’s wardrobe on the show. This outfit is fabulous. I couldn’t pull it off but the tights… I’m thinking they’d be perfect with my black wool dress.

this isn’t even the same dress! im very disappointed. Ive been looking and looking and cant find it anywhere! help!

It’s made by Valentino, so I have no idea if they sell it, because it could be from a previous season. Sorry :(
