Serena or Vanessa?

So who deserves Dan?  Do either?  Be sure to vote in the new poll in the sidebar.

And what did you think about the casting of Jessica Szohr as Vanessa?  I, for one, was disappointed.  She was a little too Cyndi Lauper/Madonna 80s throwback, when in the books she’s supposed to be more Smiths.  You know, edgy…

Who would have made a better Vanessa?  My pick?  Thora Birch.  She’s pretty, edgy and cool.
