A Gossip Girl Primer: Taylor Momsen

Cindy Lou Who? Taylor Momsen may be just 14 years old but she’s making quite a name for herself. As the youngest of the Gossip Girl regular cast, she is also one of the most experienced actors. Working in commercials since age 3, Taylor made her film debut at age 7 alongside star Jim Carrey as Cindy Lou Who in The Grinch that Stole Christmas. Taylor received three acting nods for that film:
Taylor followed up Grinch with parts in the very forgettable Hansel & Gretel (playing Hansel) and the hit Spy Kids 2: Island of Lost Dreams.
After a brief hiatus, Taylor’s dance card is once again full with projects currently airing (such as Underdog) and in production (such as Mark Blutman’s Doubting Thomas) - as well as her stint as Jenny Humphrey, Dan’s sister, in Gossip Girl.

Taylor Momsen has a sister named Sloane who goes to my school.
Taylor and I have the same name and we were born on the exact same day. Honest to god.:]
